The web site is not exactly high tech -- clearly a small operation. But wonderfully useful products, like nylon thumbscrews in every conceivable size. Quick shipping, reasonable prices, very responsive to email, excellent service. Recommended.

Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with. When I noticed that two of the screws he sent me were the wrong length, I called and he immediately shipped the correct screws, and said not to even bother returning the incorrect parts.

Time to pay my dues.
I have used Excelsis to research purchases, it is now time to anty up. I purchased a complete set of Antares Ultima Series Plossls and a few other other items like filters and cases from Scope Stuff. The ability to use my pay pal account sealed the purchase. After researching what I wanted they were the second lowest price (including the free shipping) and let you use a pay pal account to make purchases. Everything arrived within a weeks time from half a continent away. I was given an e-mail confirmation on shipping and all items in my order were recieved. I did not inquire about anything or have any persaonal interaction with scope stuff (and I should have) so I can not realistically rate their service but they did ship quickly and every thing I requested was in theorder, so I did give them a high middle of the road based on what I recieved. Their description of the items I wanted was a little confusing because Antares caries another line of plossl eyepieses with the same superlatives that Scope Stuff uses in describing the Antares Ultima Series. I have not had a chance to use what I bought but they did get here and that is what this portion of the web sight is about.
I'll post on the quality of the eyepieces later.
I hope this helps anyone considering purchasing from Scope Stuff. I would definately purchase from them again. Recieved as Ordered.

I ordered a grenn laser pointer, amount and a remote switch for the laser pointer. The price was great! The service was excellent!

UPDATE: The laser was defective, so I was instructed to ship it back. I'm still waiting.

The first laser was not defective, but was sensitive to the cold, as they all are.  We exchanged it for a replacement, which was also cold sensitive.  The second laser was returned for a full refund.

Response times for the exchange and for the refund were both two days.  The customer is not still waiting!
