Paradigm Monitor 9
I recently moved to Toronto and bought a pair and wow, great speakers.
They are not ugly by any means and are definitely in the ‘above average-nice’ range (8/10) and looks will impress the neighbours, solid terminals and spiked and heavy too. Sound wise they sound great bags of solid and taut bass, wide mid-range, great clear treble – yes, they need running in first, but once a few days has passed they just sound perfect. A friend of mine came to stay and has a pair of $2500 speakers and agreed these are a genuinne bargain.
