Great service and prices. Fast shipping, too. Several options were explained and the decision left up to me. I appreciated this. Good in-house stock and also accurate representation of how long it would be until an accessory which had to be ordered would arrive. Simply, the best.

I have not had enough experience with them to give them a numeric rating, but I would do business with them again--if their web site were easier to navigate. Nice people, quick service. Please improve your web site so I can give you more of my money.

Worse customer service I have ever seen. The owner is rude and non-customer oriented. If you purchase a defective telescope from them, dont expect them to stand behind their products. They will pretty much tell you anything to make a sell, and once you determine the truth, they will simply deny what they told you previously. My advice if you buy from them do your own research and don't rely on anything they tell you without checking it out first.

Make sure you purchase expensive items from reputable businesses that stand behind the products they sell.

No problems at all, The owner seems to be a busy man but takes take out to help you in any way that he can. He my only local support and does a great job.

Good selection, great knowledge base willing to help you out and teach. Price competitive for mid-size outlet. I have bought from Lymax for two years and any problem was taken care of immediately. All cities need this type of store and service.
