They suck. I ordered a Sony TRV-900 from them. At the time of order
I was told that the item is in stock. But it is not. I waited for
one week when I called back they said they don't have the stock.
I had to wait for one more week and finally I canceled the order. They
do not have any policies to credit back the amount. I had to dispute
the transaction and finally after I got the credit.

Very difficult to reach. I do not recommend these people for you business.

This store is AWFUL!!! I ordered a $2800 computer. I was told the computer was in stock, and I wired them the money WITH THE PROMISE I WOULD RECEIVE IT THE FOLLOWING DAY!!! I also paid $120 shippping fee for a 7.5 pound computer!!!! The next day - no computer. I am told there was a mistake made, and I would receive it the next day - if I didn't receive it the next day, I would be refunded my $120. The next day, the computer comes, but it is not as ordered. The computer I ordered had MS office installed on it - this one does not. Well the next day I call. THEY ARE TERRIBLE TO ME. They tell me that I did receive my computer on Saturday as promised. I explain that I did not becuase the computer I received DID NOT meet the specifications to the one I ordered. Therefore, I wanted my shipping fees back, as I had been promised. After talking the sales guy that sold me the computer for 20 minutes, KEN, I finally told him to give me his manager. David Waters comes on the phone, the customer service manager, and is rude. Says I will get $50 of the $120 bakc, but that is it. He says I am trying to take advantage of them because I did get a computer. I argue with his saying I DID NOT GET THE COMPUTER I ORDERED!!! His solution - mail me the software that was supposed to be on the computer and $50. I asked when I would get the software and was told "a day or two if it is in stock." I asked if it was in stock, and he couldn't find out. I told him that was unacceptable - I was promised a FULL REFUND of the shipping. He said no way. I asked for his information (name, address, etc.) so that I had it right when I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bureau, other consumer organizations, and online store rating sites. He gave it to me and said "go ahead - we are a top rated store and your one complaint is not going to change that." The arrogance of these people is unbeleivable!! Maybe my one complaint won't do any good, but hopefully if all of you others who have had similar issues complain as well, then we can make a difference. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THESE GUYS - EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THE SAME PRODUCT!!!!

They sold me a Nikon Camera with a Japanse warrenty. When the camera failed within the first three weeks they refused to exchage it. My only alternative is to sent it to Japan for repair.

Some things are priced too good to be true. And others are much too expensive. When you place your order for that bargain priced item, they call you and try to get you to buy the expensive items. I didn't buy any extras, and I'm still waiting for the digital camera I bought to appear...

Classic bait and switch merchants. Held up an order for four days allegedly because they need "additional information". Turned out all they wanted to do was sell me accessories that I had already decided not to buy. B y that time they needed an additional $15 to send it UPS (it was a gift) on top of the ridiculous $25 thay charge for ground shipping.

I seriously doubt if I will ever see this proder.

Your merchant, MP Super store (Marine Park), sells stolen merchandise. I purchased a Nikon D1X digitial from Marine Park on 6/19/02. I sent the camera to Nikon to have memory upgrade. When Nikon received it and entered the camera serial number in their system, they found out that the camera was a stolen merchandise. Nikon did not return my camera back to me. I was told to ask MP Super store to send me a new. MP Super store did not send me a new camera. After three weeks to intensive talked with MP Super store sale manager, David Waters, he finally refunded my money back. He has not refunded the incurred cost of $99.23 that I have spent for the camera.
