Russell Optics Wide Field 16mm
Very nice EP. I was able to see main cloud belts on Jupiter, with hints of the smaller northern and southern thin cloud belts with my Ultima 2x barlow. Saturn was very crisp and clear. Yellow in color with hints of thins cloud belts. I was able to resolve the Cassini Division. This was barlowed as well. Very light in weight. I gave it a 9 for Optics and overall, because it would be nice to have an eyecup. In the construction of the EP some parts are not blacked out. I do not know if this is causing any optical issues. I have heard this EP is comparable to the Panoptic, I have not compared the two. Overall, I always reach for this EP.
