Placed an order Nov 22, 1999 -- of course, my credit card was charged that day. Said it would take 10-14 days to deliver everything. Three months later, still have not received everything. Everytime I called, Rob said the items are on their way. Finally lost my patience and cancelled undelivered items. It took Rob several days to figure out what he owed me, and he says it will take a few more days to figure out shipping on undelivered items. Rob said he already credited my account, however, after a week, have not seen any credit. Hopefully, my credit card company will resolve this dispute. My purchase experience with TecDistributors has been a nightmare.
