As I've never ordered anything substantial mail order before, I'm not sure how to rate them in terms of a numerical value, but I'll tell you this much:

1) they gave me far and away the best price on a pair of Polk Audio RT-2000p speakers;
2) They gave me the tracking number when they said they would, the next day
3) My speakers- which were shipped in boxes over five feet tall and weighing in excess of 80 lbs a piece- were at my door in three days.

Bottom line- good experience, and I would do business with them again.

John, was very helpful with my purchase of PSB speakers. He provided me with tracking numbers and called me to inform me that the color I requested was not in stock, and would be ordered to come in ASAP. I opted for in stock color, and I received the set in 4 days via UPS. Excellent company and good pricing.

John was great and fast service.He told me to call back in 5 minutes to give me the shipping tracking number,I was impress.I live in florida and would do business with them again.I gave a 9 because I could of got it for $50 bucks cheaper.But the Receiver I wanted was in high demand and alot of other stores would have a 2 week or more waiting list. But John gave me no B.S and he said he had it,and I did get the product.

Great service and follow through. Had no problem getting the product ordered - on time. Prices are fair. Most importantly, everything works as an internet order should: fast, easy, and accurate.
