Lumicon is first rate, very fast delievery and they would give you good information on the product that you want. Paul the salesperson i talked to is a pleasure to talk with and there prices are very good and first rate products. I have purchased from Lumicon on several occasions. Good products at a fair price. Website is very weak when it comes to product details. It's more like an on-line order form. Filters are the best bar none however. Then one day I needed some tech support for their Sky Vector II. I called once, let a few days pass, then called again. They have completely blown me off. Most top companies are known by the level of their product support or service. I will take my business elsewhere for now on.

Lousy customer service. The two people I spoke with acted like I was doing them a favor by ordering from them and the prices aren't that great either. I bought from them once and will not do so again.

Excellent service and great products. Tried to purchase itmes from Anacortes and they were awful. Lumicon was very patient and helpful. They will continue to get my business.
