Helpful service. Good prices. Sliightly screwed up my order when they told me an eyepiece (Nageler 9mm I think) was in stock....it actually was at the time I ordered it, but by the time they were ready to ship, somebody else had snagged it. Anyways...they shipped the eyepiece about a week after I received my scope at no extra charge so everything turned out OK.

After losing my order they seemed not to care if I ever got my scope. I cancelled and ordered from Orion.

Company should be rated 10+ out of 10. Very friendly customer service and very responsive to customer needs. Staff is extremely knowledgable and promt to respond to questions and concerns. Price is no comparison to others that I have looked at.

I've ordered three times from these people, and the sales people have always been courteous and knowledgeable. They seem to have a large stock and they ship quickly. Prices (particularly on Televue eyepieces) are quite good.

I order about 15 telescopes a month through Eagle Optics,
and they have always been very accommodating and helpful.

Over the past 5 months, they have only made one mistake.
Paul keeps me informed of the stock, and if He's not there
Janet also takes care of me. Ask for one of them.

I've had nothing but good experiences with them, and they
are definitely highly recommended!

Excellent, prompt, courteous, and professional service. The items were delivered on time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about astronomy. Many of the folks at EO use many of the scopes on a regular basis for observing. It's great, you can advice from someone interested om the hobby, and who has practical knowledge of the equipment.

They're not afraid to give you their honest opinion on equipment that your are interested in purchasing.

Highly recommended!

Very nice and friendly. Called and got a price one week and then was ready to order then next. By this time a new price sheet had come out and it had an increase of $100. I told them last week it was $100 cheaper, and with no questions they said no problem since you were quoted that we will sell it for that. Excellent customer service. It was in stock and arrived promptly Celestron C102 HD). Wouldn't hesitate to do business with again.

Ordered an FSWAEQ and several accessories by phone. (Clerk didn't seem that friendly, but it was a week before Xmas. Been there.) But he was efficient and accurate, and the scope and other toys were here in 4 days. No complaints, no problems, GREAT prices. Ask for any specials that might not be on the website.
