Sleaziest mail-order outfit I've ever dealt with. They delivered a defective Pioneer DVL-700 and then wouldn't exchange it or take it back without 15% restocking fee. I sent it back for repair -- they kept it TWO WEEKS and returned it with the drawer jammed shut.

Pioneer is handling my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Only reason they got a one is because at least I could understand their salespeople. Tried to order receiver through them. Was out of stock. The next week, one salesperson told me the item had been shipped when in actuality, the other salesperson had cancelled the order. Most disorganized outfit I've had the displeasure of dealing with.

They shipped a defective Toshiba 2107. The still insist on charging the 15% re-stock.
I buy equipment for a major Broadcast station for a living. These are some of the biggest low lifes I have ever delt with. I will never give them my buisness again.

Have made 3 seperate purchases from them. One was a projection
screen TV and everything made it here in excellent shape. The only
problem I did have was the first order had the wrong zip code on it
so it didn't get delivered on the day it was supposed to but hey...
stuff happens.

Onecall is excellent! I ordered equipment from them in '96, got a good deal and was very happy with the products and service. I plunged into DVD and ordered a player and interconnects in January, equally good price and service. Customer service and knowledge of products is outstanding. They have great prices and you get what you order in two days. I am extremely happy with them and I trust them. I've recommended them to my friends and they are happy customers also.

What can I say. I ordered on Tuesday and had my player on Friday. One day later than promised but I will forgive them that. The price was the lowest I could find anywhere. Service was fine. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very courteous. All in all I can highly recommend them based on this one purchase.

They had the lowest price I could find on the DVP-S7000. Ordered it on Wednesday and it was here Friday evening. The two day Fed-ex shipping fee was included in the total price given over the phone. I was recommended Oncall and would highly recommend Onecall to anyone in the market for new A/V equipment. I will definitely use them again!

Once Call's prices are fair, and delivery is very fast. The only reason for the '9' is that their return policy isn't the most flexible, however, dealing with them is a huge relief after the negative experiences I've had with others. Highly recommended.

I ordered twice from OneCall - both times I received defective components. It depends on who is on the phone as to how responsive they are to your problem. Some of their people can make you feel as if you are the problem. They also claim to know the items I ordered but the slightest technical question revealed that they don't know what their talking about. Their prices are good so if you are lucky enough to get good merchandise you may score big - I sure didn't and ended up losing $350 in shipping costs. Buyer beware!!!
