Zeiss T* ClassiC 10x40 B/GA

A Classic binocular. Handle superbly and in their day a revelation. I have used many other pairs and own several other zeiss Classic binocs but this pair are my favourite. Perfect handling for my eyes and hands. Sharp from edge to edge. I picked my pair up for about half the high price these once sold for. They are built to be used and have been taken to some extreme locations and functioned well. Handle wet and wild weather and are rugged enough to be packed along with a lot of other gear in a pack. Only minor issue is lack of close focus but to be honest 10X is not really good for observing something close by. these binocs are great for steady views of distant wildlife.

Zeiss T* ClassiC 10x40 B/GA

For reasons I cannot quite put my finger one, I really like these binoculars. I traded a Leica 8x32 for them and much prefer these. The ergonomics and weight are strong pluses. Also, I like these better optically and otherwise than the Victories that replaced them. Sometimes now available on closeout at very good prices. Overall, very likeable.
