Zeiss Marine 7X50 B/GA

Very impressive binoculars. They fit beautifully in my hands. Very comfortable to hold although they have a mass of over 40 ounces(1.2 kg's)I have largish hands. They are heaps smaller than the fuji 7 X50's. Very sharp once set for my eyes. The rubber objective caps fold back. it is so easy to grab and view. the view is very classy and comfortable.

These binoculars are built for a lifetime. The pair i have have had plenty of use but have years left in them.

These binoculars like the fujinons FMT's have very good control of stray light near a bright moon. They are sharp right out to at least 90 % of the view.

Waterproof and very rugged my pair have older(pre T*) coatings but view very bright. Optically a tiny bit of false colour is seen on the moons limb if they are out of focus a tad. It is not apparent with good focus.

For astronomy they are so comfy to pick up and peek. The field is wide and very nice to look at.

Zeiss Marine 7X50 B/GA

Great binocs for boating, glad I was able to find a used pair on Ebay. I sent them to Zeiss and had them clean and adjust them. I'll have them the rest of my life.
