Have a set of these great eyepieces. Use the 15mm and 20mm the most, love them . Long relief is just what eyeglass wearing amateurs like me need

A little ghosting on bright objects but otherwise a good eyepiece. Also comfortable to use and sharp to the edge.

Vixen Lanthanum 15mm
My absolute favorite eyepiece. It beats every other one i have ever used. It works very nicely with the shorty barlow, and with the two I barely ever use another eyepiece.

I compared with the LV and Nagler looking at comet OG108 Loneos (mag 11). I saw more stars in my LV and the comet was much brighter due to more contrast. I used a 12" f4 Newton under a limiting magnitude of 6.2. I still like these LV eyepieces for such a low weight and price, the only bad thing (if it is) is the short field of view, but the eye relief is the best!

Superb eyepiece! I have side-by-side tested the Vixens against Radians and they are just as good in every category. Stars are tack sharp right to the edge of the field with no fall-off in brightness. I have the entire set.

Vixen Lanthanum 15mm
Excellent eye relief, parfocal w/ rest of Vixen Lanthanum line, which is nice.

Not as sharp as a similar focal length Celestron Ultima. Integral rubber eye shield is nice.
