BY FAR THE WORST ON-LINE COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I ordered 6 videos in 1998, got charged for all 6, and received one. Repeated requests for either a refund or complete shipment was either completely ignored or I was told they were either on backorder or are in shipment - both lies. I tried working w/ the BBB but they also were completely ignored and couldn't resolve the issue. I've long given up trying to get my $50 back. Whoever is running this company is obviously a scam artist and, w/ any luck at all, is in jail by now!

A total scam~~BEWARE!!!!!.

Ordered one movie in 12/98, got charged 3 times for it, never received the movie or my refund. My credit card company only removed one charge--I ended up paying the rest. Later I discovered that the movie I had ordered was out of print, yet it’s still advertised today. Despite various e-mails, phone calls, and letters, no-one from the company responded to me. If you're a new victim, immediately call & write to your credit card company & dispute the charges—you only have a limited time to dispute the charges. Trust me, don’t bother to wait for this company to respond to your requests or to ship your order or to send you a refund—it WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!. Cancel your credit card number & get issued a new one. If enough people report this scam to the right places, then law enforcement will have no choice but to investigate—usually they wait to see if big bucks are involved. Keep all documentation. Here’s where you should report your negative experience with this company:

Tell them to refer to the Better Business Bureau's company reports in Boston and Atlanta. This will prevent others from becoming victims of this fraud.

Total frauds. Repeatedly abandon the old scam
and start up under a new name.

MA Attorney General has numerous complaints on each
of these previous scams but has not taken action.
BBB of Boston also shows numerous complaints.

In January 2000 they had left exposed on their web
site their entire customer list containing credit
card numbers, expiration dates, e-mail addresses,
phone numbers, videos ordered, etc, for over
10,000 customer records!

Newsgroup posts show numerous additional first-hand
accounts of people defrauded by these scammers.

I ordered 3 video tapes from them in July of 1999. One month later I cancelled the order because I never received the tapes. As of today (January 8, 2000)I continue to battle with this company in an attempt to get my refund. Each time I call I am assured that my refund will be sent out "high priority." Needless to say, they lied. I've reported them to the Boston BBB twice (once under the name of "video premiere" and again under their new name of "movie saver.") I hope others will see this page and do what I wish I had done: STAY AWAY. FRAUDS!
My one other aweful experience with a disreputable company ended with the owner's conviction on several counts of FRAUD. Hopefully, a similar fate awaits those guilty at movie saver aka video premiere.

In November of 1998, I ordered four videos. Three days later, I was charged over seventy dollars. It is now September of 1999 and I do not have the videos. I have e-mailed them repeatedly and tried to call, but I haven't been able to get anywhere. I am considering legal action against these frauds.

I ordered 2 videos in February. My account was charge within 3 days, but it is now May and have yet to receive my order. When I email them, I get a lot of B------t about how they will send the videos as soon as they receive them from the special order department. What's strange is when I ordered them, they were supposedly in stock. WHAT A SHAM!!!!---NEVER order anything from them, I wish I hadn't!!!!

VIDEO PREMIERE -- I VOTE AS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!
I placed an order around February 9, 1999. It's April 17, 1999 and I haven't received nothing but grief from them. I was charged twice for the same video and yet have to receive credit for both charges. I've called many times speaking with the lady manager. SHE LIES!!! She promised they would be reversed within 24 hours. But, as you can tell, the charges are still on my credit card. Their e-mail doesn't work. Their web page was down for 2 weeks. The new number is 1-800-419-3564. Also, it is 1-781-986-7100 (in Massachusetts.) From a very UPSET customer who wishes she never ordered from them.

Ordered 2 videos in 10/98, charged to credit card, never received. By accident relocated them, canceled order. Through BBB Boston, got my money back. Today received one of the videos I had canceled. Cost NOT charged to card (yet). Called 800-419-3564 (GOOD # today) and will send back video. They tell me my other ideo is still on back order.

I ordered 4 vhs videos on january 16, they charged my credit card 3 times and I haven´t received anything.I tried to contact them by fax,e-mail and phone but no answer.I sended a letter and it was returned because they changed address(500 North Main Street, Building A, Randolph MA 02368).
If there´s somebody that knows what to do to get this motherfuckers please let me know.

Order billed twice to credit card. Had to call and faz several times (at my expense of course) to get it reversed. Ordered 2 videos in Nov 98, received one 6 weeks later. Still have not seen other. Have these jokers been reported to the consumer affairs or the Attorney General in MA??
