SkyWatcher 2x barlow
Ouch! This one hurts... This is a sad "one lens thing" that comes (or used to) with most entry level SkyWatcher/Synta telescope. It adds abberations to all my eyepieces, such as color fringe, astigmatism, "fuzziness" (even when I'm on axis); you name it.

Quickly replace it with just about any other Barlow, can't be worst! But may I suggest Celestron Ultima? Otherwise you could get rid of your telescope or EPs thinking they've got problems. This Barlow is to blame! :-)

SkyWatcher 2x barlow
It works but makes for soft & fuzzy images. Porbably one of the first "upgrades" to a skywatcker scope would be to buy a gooder barlow, like the celestron ultima or a teleview powermate.

[Note: Vote moved from description by webmaster]

Inexpensive 2x shorty barlow included with scope, seems to work OK with 25mm eyepiece but view is very soft looking with the 10mm eyepiece.
Added feature is it has a built in t-therad for camera attachment.
