Skywatcher 2" 35mm
I have used a quality 40mm plössl for some time, but I could never get used to the overly long eye relief. I found it hard to center the eye and was troubled by straylight.

The 2" 35mm eyepiece is very comfortable to use, with a perfect eye relief of 20mm and rubber eyecups to keep the straylight out.

Some edge coma becomes visible on bright stars, but I don't know if it is the telescope (8" f6 dobson) or the eyepiece. "Normal" starfields with dimmer stars look tack sharp to the edge when the focus is right.

All in all, it's a good, practical tool for deep sky observations at a budget price.
