The only thing I didn't like is the new voice person for Ranma other wise, it's a great season and yes Principal Kuno is a bit annoying but he's Kuno's dad what else would he be.
Ranma and Ryoga going at it with the Tattoo is beyond funny especially how Ranma helps him get rid of it.

Ranma 1/2: Outta Control
Now this is a slight drop from the first 3 seasons of Ranma, all of which I had given a 10. This series introduces the Furinkan High principle, who happens to have a Jamaiican accent and wants to shave the heads of all the students at the school. I found this character rather annoying, and even found myself drifting off whenever he spoke. He is a genuinely annoying character. Nevertheless, the season does have several other episodes which are far more worthy of the diehard Ranma fan, such as episodes where Ranma becomes as weak as a baby, or dates with Kuno, and a hilarious series of episodes where Ryoga is cursed with a goofy (and permanent) smiley face tattoo on his belly. Aside from the introduction of the annoying principal, this is a season of Ranma well worth anyone's time.

Shittier animation than before, and even some shitty episodes. Still, this season is redeemed by a few good episodes. It just doesn't hold up to the first 3 seasons that well. Tons of annoying one-shot characters in this season.

People kind of have a "problem" with this season because of the new english Ranma voice. But considering the first Ranma video I watched happened to be Tattoo You, i heard this voice first. The animation was very nicely done in this season. I'll agree that Prinicipal Kuno from hell is just that, though he was amusing at some points. Outta control was utterly hilarious, but not all the episodes i have seen have um great battle scenes (Pinky Promised... groan...). But other than that I have to say this season was great! An awesome new opening theme song too!

Erm I've only seen Eat, Drink, Man-who-turns-into-a-Woman from the Outta Control series. I have to say I was disappointed with Ranma's new seiyuu... >.<
