Orion 120ED (OTA)
There is absolutely no color in-focus on the moon or any other bright object. I got lucky and found an excellent sample used. Star test is very good, and this is my primary planetary viewing scope due to:
-excellent optics
-quick cooldown
-ease of transport/use
-no collimation requirement

The one downside/limitation of this scope compared to more current offerings is the single speed Crayford focuser. It's plenty smooth enough, but it can be tough to focus precisely at higher powers. I use an Orion Accufocus and it takes care of the problem, and offers precision at least as good as a two speed.

When it comes to planetary viewing this scope never disappoints. Yes, bigger scopes are capable of delivering more when every thing is properly aligned and cooled. For the reliable planetary performance you cannot beat an ED120. It's good every time. Also great for widefield DSO work. A great all around scope, and many of these are great values on the used market.
