I purchased 3 Amps from them, and I friend of mine did
the same. I also reccomended them to another friend who
bought a DVD player there and another who bought an entire
home theater audio setup. No problems at all from all
of the above. They are very professional and easy to work
with. If you find what you want at a good price
go ahead and order.

Price was much lower than any other price I could find. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
The items arrived in perfect condition, well-boxed and a day before promised.
I would certainly use them again.

I ordered a multidisk CD player at a great price; received delivery 2 days later in perfect shape.

Another time I was thinking about getting an HDTV from them. I did not know the issues involved, but the salesperson stayed on the phone with me as I asked many questions that I now think were absurd. I didn't purchase, but he helped me learn a lot.

I have been working within the commercial and professional audio and electronicsindustry for over 19yrs. and have grown to scepticism when dealing with mail order purchasing and the hang ups associated with "long distance" purchases and getting the vendors to stand behind what they sell. I must say that if you stay around long enough you will see a player show up who knows how to do the job correctly, and OneCall is that player. In stretching myself to "trust" on line vendors, I put this company to the test in putting together a
professional Home Theater system that would satisfy the most astute enthusiast's
taste buds, but with the best bonus of all, the purchase prices! The service and
prices and support are so beyond my rating, I was unable to find it in the pull down field when putting in this vote. They are one of the BEST you could use on line, snd none better on price! They will be my first choice in making retail electronics purchases!

Recently ordered H/K AVR65 (at an unbelievable price), it was in stock (not so at 3 other sites), available at the sale price and shipped same day. Sales person was very lowkey, no pressure to buy interconnects (I didn't need them) and a polite thank you for my order. Product arrived in 2 days as promised in packaging that assured no shipping damage. They even called a few days later to see if I had any problems or questions. Even if they're not the cheapest, they've got my next order. This is how business should be done.

I ordered a Toshiba TW65H80 from Onecall. The MSRP of the TV was $6999 on Toshiba's website. Onecall was selling them for $3788. Unbelievable. I called and ordered. The person I delt with, "Larry" - was straightforward, and pretty nice. He told me what to expect as far as how long, and how it was shipped and who to call, with a tracking number to track it. The 6 foot, by 6 foot, by 3 foot, by 450 pound package arrived the day he said it would. We opened it up, and the TW65H80 was perfect, not a scratch on it, and after a week journey across half the United States the set works flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Website has incorrect information, especially about shipping. Rather than admit their mistake, they covered it up with lies, became abusive, and at one point made comments that could be construed as threats because I refused to apologize for my factually correct comments which could have potentially damaged their business. In short, do not buy anything from Onecall unless you want to put yourself through hell.

Yes, this is as specific as I will get. More specific and I will probably receive more e-mail from Onecall.
