The only really tolerable and logical long-running tv series based on a Takahashi manga.

Maison Ikkoku
Simply hilarious!!! Good plot that doesn't make viewers bored (just imagine how 96 episodes...long TV running, I would say), and of course, not forgetting the humor that the characters displayed. Though it's a rather old anime (about 10 years back...), it's one of my favourites. Recommended!
