I get the same reaction whenever anyone first looks through these: "Wow!" The best optics in the smallest package for birding and astronomy. With bright celestial objects and dark terrestrial objects against a white sky, there is the smallest hint of green fringing. Other than that, this is the best color you can get. I can resolve every raindrop out to 1/4 mile! Twilight viewing cannot be beat. I have gotten the best value out of these binocs than any other scope or binocs I own because I use them constantly. Definitely worth the expense.

Expensive, but excellent for terrestrial and astronomical viewing. The best binoculars are the ones you use the most, and I take these everywhere with me.
The field of view is excellent, with only slight inward bending of vertical lines on buildings in the daytime.
False color is virtually nonexistent. Only when looking at dark objects such as thin tree branches against a very bright sky do you get a slight green edge. This is not noticeable under any other conditions. Feather detail at 100yds, for example, is crisp and free of false color.
Light gathering capability is phenomenal. Dusk views of wildlife show lots of color and detail until it is almost pitch black out.
Views of the moon and stars are excellent. The sky is very dark and false color on the fringe of the moon is nonexistent. A rest is definitely called for. You would swear you were looking through a fine apochromat, though.
These use a 3-element objective, an excellent roof prism, and a 5-element eye piece. There is a lot of glass here, but light transmission is excellent and collimation is beyond excellent.
These are expensive and a little heavy, but every person who has looked through them has the same reaction; an awed "Wow." You just don't know what good binoculars are until you have looked through these.

Great view, very comfortable for my eyes with and without glasses. For my eyes best 10x bino on the market today.

Leica Trinovid 10x50 BA
Devastating optical performance from a roof prism binocular.Superb contrast and the best color fidelity this side of an apochromatic refractor.Heavy..if you are small this could be a problem.Lucky for me I am a huge man(6 ft 4inches)
Exquisite feel and focus operation.Great for nature and bino astronomy.Expensive, but virtually
indestructible.A killer optical package.
