Note: They have just been bought by Image Entertainment. Good or Bad? Who knows... we'll just have to wait and see.

and received in Vermont within 2 to 4 days. Good prices and the best
shipping rate I have found.

Very slow and unresponsive. They're trying, but they have far more business than they can handle right now.
I placed an order at DVD Express and at Ken Crane's at the same time. The DVD Express discs showed up two days later, and only one of the discs I ordered from Ken Crane's showed up, and it took about a week.

The shipping is cheap, but the service is cheaper. They might be worth ordering from once they get their act together, but I wouldn't waste my money with them now.

Good prices and prompt service with the ability to preorder titles.
Wish they would have better descriptions of the titles, though. Too terse.
Also would like to know if something is in stock or not before ordering.
