I ordered a pair of speakers from them. They shipped them promptly, sent a UPS tracking number to me right away and I got them right when they said I would in great condition, new in the box. Their prices were a little lower than everyone else and they didn't charge as much for shipping. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was verbaly abused by one of the sales people when I called to see if an accessory headset for the two way radio was available. The exact words were "You waste my time", "Your a *ucking *sshole", "go buy someplace else".

It seems to me that this company needs to learn somthing about customer service.

I bought a pair of Studio Tech racks from HiFiForLess last week. They had the best price on the net that I could find. Racks arrived 2 days later (I'm in CA), new in the box. Received a tracking number same day the racks shipped. Seems like a small shop (the owners name and email appeared on my invoice), but they are very professional and have great service. Highly recommended.
