Hello Hifi got the rudest people (or owner) in the audio industry. Don't try to call them asking question if you are not sure that you will buy their product. I saw thier ads that has "Call for price" on it. So, I called them and ask for the price. After I know the price and felt it was too much to afford, the guy yell at me "It such a waste of time" and then hung up on me.

HelloHiFi has some of the rudest employees in audio! They carry very high end equipment and yet their sales people are illiterate and obnoxious. They appear to be a low end operation that somehow hooked up with some high end lines. Here is an example of a typical interaction. I asked the following simple question about one of their cable auctions:

"Kimber Select 1.5m KS-1020 interconnects.
Is this dutch auction for 2 pair of cables or for two individual cables?"

This is the extraordinary response!:

"If you have to ask such a nonsense question, then you will
need to stick dealing with a whatever con man you are accustomed to
dealing with.
You might as well ask if we are trying to rip people off with word games.
The ad is quite clear, and out of 380 views, you are the only one
that was unable to understand it.
A clear warning of what we can expect of you.
Do not bid on our auctions. Stick to dealing with private parties and
unknown dealers with zero integrity, poorly written ads, and whom
don't have 20 pages of feedback.
Again, don't bid on our auctions."

Based on this type of interaction to a simple inquiry, beware if you do business with them involving serious money!!!!
