I use this eyepiece in an 8" Criterion Dynamax at f10. It is pinpoint sharp edge to edge with a wonderful 70 degree apparent field of view. Contrast and color correction leave nothing to be desired.

The rubber eyecup is perfect for setting your eye into it and completely blocking out any stray light with absolutely no blackout issues. Plenty of eye relief and with your eye resting comfortably in the eyecup there is no danger of leaving eyelash oil on the field lens because of the excellent eye relief. It is very lightweight and threaded for filters. It barlows very well.
