GTO-MC Plossl 10mm
Sharp to the edge and very good contrast. I compared this EP to the UO 9mm ortho on Jupiter and Saturn and the GTO did pretty well. The UO was better in terms of contrast and sharpness but not by a huge margin. I would say its about 90% the performance of the UO 9mm (but with a larger FOV). If you're absolute nut for planetary observing, you may want to get the UO, but for a great deal on a 10mm EP, i'd recommend it. I use it primarily to collimate my G9.25. Stars are perfectly round in my example of this EP. The rubber eyecup that is included needs to be replaced eventually since it smells funny. I think Hands on Optics would do well to replace those stinky eyecups with non-stinky ones. Regardless, I'm keeping mine.

This is great eyepiece for the price. It is clear, bright, and
sharp to the edge. It has good FOV (50+ degrees). Eye relief
is good without glasses (with rubber eyeguard up), but with
glasses (eyeguard down) you cannot get the complete FOV without
moving your eye. It worked well with a barlow.

Great value for the price! Sharp, with good contrast, with performance almost the equal of my hi-priced units, I was pleasantly surprised. Eye-relief is close, but adequate.
