I think the prices are low and the un-return policy is part or the reason why. If you want carriage-trade service you will have to pay up.

They constantly advertise stuff that they do not have in stock and use bait and switch tactics. Their return policies are a joke. I don't know how they stay in business. They are based in Tennesse-I don't believe they could operate in a state with stronger consumer protection laws. Avoid (in my humble opinion)

The purchase part of the business went o.k. Everything arrived in good order. But their return policy is very strick: no return at all, only defective exchange. But they don't tell you that.

Their prices are o.k., but you can definitely find better prices elsewhere. The reason I bought from them is because they are one of the few dealers carry B.I.C. speakers.

So unless you are absolutely sure what you are buying, don't buy from them. (Silly me, trusted Consumer Report about B.I.C. speakers and now got stuck with them).
