I ordered a video cam from these guys...they told me 4 to 5 day's for shipping, and my camera doesn't show up. I call back and they tell me that they can't give me a shipping # but that they can do their own tracking with ups. Then they tell me that it is to be 7 to 9 days... They need a straight story so they don't mess up their customer's schedules. This company is also very pushy about selling you things. THey may have had the cheapest price, but it's not cheap enough that I would order from them again. I'd rather pay a little more and get it from someone like Camera World.

I placed an order for a Panasonic DVD-A110, which they had listed at an incredible price ($336). Then, they come up with a ridiculous amount to ship it (11% of the product). They said it was in stock and ship the next day, so I agreed anyway. When a week passed and I had no product, I call to hear that it did not ship. When pressed, they admitted it was never in stock. I cancelled my order, and they hung up on me! I ordered it from Crutchfield, who had it in stock and with their fair shipping prices only a couple bucks more then these theivs! I would never even bother calling these crooks for a price!
