I recently bought a dvd from DVD Empire and i was amazed at how much $ i had saved from shopping from them! It wasn't a matter of cents or even a few bucks...it was a savings of $15!! They're website is user-friendly which is good because I am not a big online shopper and the simpler the better. Their shipping is very fast and very inexpensive! It arrived in exactly a week prior to my order!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to shop in a simple fast way online!! No problems at all!

They bill you for items that they do not mail to you. I got ripped off of $40.00 for items they did not send me. They don't care....I had previously done business with them for almost 2 years.

I must be the only girl who got ripped off from these guys. I ordered a title that was supposed to be in stock, then got an email that it was out of stock 2 days later and would take a week for my order to arrive. The next day I got charged for the title, (which was ok by me because I thought they shipped it) the week went by and no dvd. I emailed them and 4 days later they got back to me and said they didn't have the title in stock yet. Then I noticed on my credit card bill that I was actually charged 4 times for the dvd I have yet to recieve. Emailed them the problem... it took them one whole week (7 days) to get back to me. They insisted they didn't quad charge me and tried to tell me that I did get my dvd already. I had to actually fax them my credit card statment to prove they over charged charged me. AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE DVD I ORDERED! Forget these guys and go with amazon.com or dvdexpress.com.

Excellent prices. All orders were delivered promptly. Has very good web-ordering system. It lets you view your order history and if your order wasn't processed yet you can easily change it. Very convinient.

The prices are pretty good, with some exceptions. the MSRP 19.99 DVD's are about 15.95 on average, when I can get them at DVD express for 13.99 or Costco for 12.99. However, they are usually a good deal on the high priced ones. I love their shipping rates -- i just put together a 13 DVD order; shipping was 3 buck for 2 day Fed-EX! So, it's the best for large orders, I think, as you save on shipping.

Great web site too; my favorite on the web.

By far the best online shopping system I've seen. You can add or delete items at any time until your order ships. If your order is waiting on one preordered title, you can choose at any time to let the available titles ship, even if you originally said to hold the order until complete. When your order ships, you get prompt e-mail and can easily track the shipment through their Webpage. And the system remembers your address and credit card number, making reorders easy. These guys have everything I want in online commerce.

Their prices are not the very cheapest, but they're competitive. The really cheap places I've tried don't have as many titles available, don't handle preorders as smoothly, and you never know if your order has shipped or not.
