DVD Box Office
DVD Box Office has a huge selection of items with often very good prices. The problem is that they appear to be capable of delivering only a small subset of the items they claim to be selling. In the past one and a half years, I've ordered 15 items from them and they've only been able to deliver 5. When you ask about delivery estimates for an order you've already placed, the customer service department gives you a copy-pasted reply "we do receive stock every day", which doesn't even answer the question.

I reside in the UK and the past few times I have ordered a DVD they have been very very slow in dealing with it.

On each occasion it appears to sit as an 'open order' for up to a week.

Yesterday (3-3-04) I received an email confirming an order that I made on 25-2-04.

Each time I contact them to enquire re. my order I'm told that it is out of stock.

The past three orders have taken so long to process that I canceld them.

Two years ago I found them pretty good to deal with but alas not now.

Incompatible ordering for Macintosh version of Explorer. Poor customer service. For Europe & UK, www.play.com is much better.

I just bought The Mummy Returns for $25 at a store that is litterally around the corner from this place (East Beaver Creek is one block north from where I am)... they list Mummy Returns for $33... you do the math!

Their prices are unreal, not much more per title than it costs over here in Australia. The currency rates are fantastic and they have heaps of titles to boot. And shipping is FREE!(And isn't slow either)And last but certainly not least, their customer service is great!

i live in the uk and have used many dvd internet sites both in uk and worldwide to order my dvd's, but i have to say that dvdboxoffice is by far and away the best dvd supplier in terms of cost as shipping is free.the only grievance i have would be that in the last year or so my order seem to take longer and longer to arrive.otherwise its (top bannana.)

I live in England, I use to use a company called DVD North
They went bust over night, taking my prepaid money with them
I used DVD Boxoffice now, and they are great, the service is the best
on the net, and with free shipping........ what more could you ask for!
