Doomed Megalopolis
While the artwork was excellent, the story line was somewhat disjointed. The overall plot was decent, yet it was not fully explored. The series seems to wrap up in three videos, and the last seems tacked on gratis. Also, KATO looks remarkably like M. Bison... I kept waiting for Ryu to show up and unleash a fireball on him.
