Description:DiGi Charat, a girl dressed in a cat outfit with large bells and the power to shoot powerful eyebeams, arrives from space with her partners little Petit Charat and the goody-two-shoes balloon creature Gema in order to become a famous actress. The problem is that she has no money and no one knows her. With no place to go, she agrees to work at Gamers shop to pay her rent and meets her rival, cute Rabi-en Rose, along with their fans a variety of strange people and beings in the process. Each episode is approximately 4-7 minutes long.

This has got to be one of the cutest anime I've ever seen! The characters are.....well....cute beyond beleif(especailly Puchico). each character adds a little bit of humor to the show. The plot is a little corny but still good considering this was made for merchandising. The animation is really good, with the super deformed look and all, and it was made by a famouse doujinshi/manga artist Koge Donbo,The humor is the main thing in this show, everything is to make you laugh. The soundtrack is the best, and it can always make you dance. This anime is very short but enjoyable,containing only 16 episodes in all. This anime is good, if your not looking to watch anything long and extream, but something to just sit back relax enjoy and laugh too, then I highly recemmend this.

pretty good. i never really watched the anime,but i read some of the manga,but i love the song "party night". i sleep in my puchiko hat =^^=

Animation: The quality is a little low and usually very simple looking, but the anime was meant to capture that four-panel super-deformed style of the manga, so the simplicity of the anime is appropriate.

Plot: There's not much of a plot to speak of...Dijiko comes from space and wants to be an idol, but she has no money so she has to work at Gamers. Meanwhile, random stuff happens that's funny. That's about it.

Humor: If you like confusion and insanity like I do, you won't stop laughing at this anime. Digi Charat's humor generally doesn't make sense, and that's its charm. But if you're not into confusing humor, then you may not like this one.

Sound track: Very cute! I love the soundtrack to this anime, and I wish I could find it on CD somewhere!

Overall: This is one of my favorite animes of all time, for its humor and characters are original and very entertaining. I always find the series funny, and have enjoyed both the subbed and dubbed versions of this anime. If you like Excel Saga or Galaxy Angel, then I highly suggest this one!
