I purchased a Toshiba DVD 3109 during Christmas. The price was great
(299.00) and the service was excellent. The unit was shipped promptly
(two days delivery) and a tracking number was Emailed to me. There was
a problem with the disk drive. After I talked to them, a new unit was
shipped again (two days delivery) with the return instruction of the broken
unit. They also sent me a free T-shirt and a digital optical cable.

I ordered a Toshiba M785 VCR paid 206.82 incuding shipping (excellent price) online Sunday.It was invoiced and shipped Monday and at my home in Michigan on Wednesday. My experience with Consumer Direct Warehouse was a pleasure,I will be doing business with them again soon.

They had the lowest price for the Denon DVD-2500 that I could find including
shipping (no tax too) and when the unit needed to be returned within the
30 day period it was real easy to contact them and get an RA number.

I ordered the Toshiba SD-3109. The customer service reps were knowlegeable and courteous. They said the DVD player was in stock and it was, as I was able to track it by its Fed-Ex number. The player, manuals, cables were inside the manufaturers box, which was doubled box. Also, a t-shirt and thank you note were included (that' a nice touch). The DVD player was original equipment not refurbished. The consumer-direct price was the lowest on the internet which was in stock. From the ratings I saw, it's the lowest of the reputable dealers. In short, excellent service, competeive pricing and delivering when and as promised. I will be doing business with them again.

Purchased entire set of speakers for home theater. Prices were average to good (a lot better than retail). Service was good with tracking numbers provided as soon as the order was sent. Delivery was right on time. Overall pretty good.
