Description:This is a good quality low to medium power eyepiece at a low price. It’s designed to fill the eyepiece field with the full extent of emission and reflection nebulas, for observing compact open clusters, and for sweeping nebular remnants. It will work well with any telescope type, at any focal ratio, under any seeing conditions. It’s a reasonably-priced replacement for the lower quality modified achromatic or Kellner eyepieces often supplied with economy starter scopes. A soft rubber eyecup shields the eye from ambient light and folds down for more comfortable eyeglass use. A knurled rubber ring on the titanium-colored barrel provides a secure grip when changing eyepieces in cold weather.

Celestron Omni 25mm
I have the 12mm, 20mm and 25mm Omni EP's. The 25mm is my favorite of the line. They all have good optical performance. The 20mm may cause problems for eyeglass wearers on eye relief. By folding down the eyecup, the 25mm Omni is good for eyeglass wearers without the head positioning problems and blackouts when rolling your eyes around that the 32mm Omni possesses. Very good EP for the money but lacking the higher contrast and superior coatings of the Ultima EP's. The 12mm and 20mm are used in my finder scope. I have a binoviewer pair of the 25mm Omnis. It's about the longest FL at 50 degree AFOV that the cheap Chinese binoviewers can handle.

Celestron Omni 25mm
The 32mm and 25mm are the best of the Plossl line. Bright images, decent field of view, and good eye relief.
