I love this post. I took a Biology class last semester and the more I stieudd science the more I was in wonder of how God fashioned everything from our planet to humans and plants. It's such a grand design and I don't know how can anyone think it is an "accident." I think the late, great Rich Mullins summed it up best in his song, "The Color Green." "Be praised for all your tenderness, by these works of Your hands. Suns that rise and rains that fall to bless and bring to life Your land. Look down upon this winter wheat and be glad that You have made, Blue for the skies and the color green, that fill these fields with praise!"

Set up was easy, went downhill from there. Couldn't focus on anything.
Returned the scope, found out that many others ahd also been returned. (Must have been a bad batch for the Christmas rush...). They took it back with no problem, and I went ahead and got the Nexstart 114 GT. It's been working great!

Got it set up very quickly. Could not focus on ANYTHING, very frustrating. Took it off the tripod mount, heard "clink". Tipped it slightly forward and backward... "clink, clink". Carefully tipped it all the way forward; the primary lens fell out in my hand!!! Needless to say, this could explain the diminished image quality I experienced. Back to the store for this POS; no exchange. If Celestron's QA lets a problem like this slip past, I'm going with a Meade.

Both lenses fell out of mine as well. I think the other guy got my returned 60. I up graded to the 114, In total I was back ten times,no lie, trying to get a scope that works right, now my azimuth control on this one is dead, no I dont let people ride it, do I want to up grade to a c4 c5? I have three days to decide before my 30 day return is up. People at the mall think I work for celestron, cuz I always have one under my arm!!!! Your embarrassing me Celestron~~~~My wife thinks you should give me a c5,well thats another story!!!!Tim
