Description: | This scope may sound a cheapo to you but no. This one comes back
from the early 80's. The optics are so sharp, that even in
bad condition (there's some dry alcohol in the objective),
Saturn's rings are tack-sharp even at relatively low magnification.
(70x). Under those conditions and relatively good weather I could
see nebulosity in M42. I live in Athens,Greece, where light pollution
won't let you see the stars of the small dipper! |
