You people have no ideas where they go this from???

It a cyborg got lose and start killing a lot of innocent people.

It has a mind of it own. Just like terminator that all it does is kill.
What I cant stand is Anime with no original ideas.

Kind of boring. The ironic thing is that the woman who played Sylia in BGC played Sybel in Black Magic M-66. Both shows have killer androids and strong, independent women played by Sakakibara. But beyond that, the gap between BGC and Black Magic M-66 is pretty big. I prefer BGC, myself. The animation in Black Magic M-66 isn't very good, either.

Very enjoyable, though the charecters are a little two dimensional. Both are sterotypes; Sybel is the tough, independant woman (Lisa Hayes from RoboTech, Priss or Sylia from BGC) and Ferris is a ditz (C-ko from A-ko). Another good anima to introduce people into the genre, and a good one to watch when there is nothing better to do, but not in the top 20% by any reach.

A very enjoyable OAV which only slightly resembles the manga, but unlike the atrocious "Appleseed" OAV, this one has a definite Shirow look and feel to it.
