Bigstar has the fastest shipping I have ever seen. Placed several single orders Saturday & Sunday Night and the orders arrived by Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. I will defintely deal with Bigstar in the future.

Where the hell are these guys phone number??? You can't call them if you have a question. Their turnaround on email is horrible also. Ordered a DVD
friday (first time to use the $10 off), found that they lowered their
prices even more that evening. Can't call, send email, get no response
and it's monday already. Much to my chagrin, I get it on Saturday and
notice that even the damm receipt doesn't have their phone number.
It also doesn't even list the price they charged my cc... I should
of known never to deal with ANY company listed in NYC.
