Do not respond to e-mail regarding orders. I cancelled an order through 4 seperate e-mails - still shipped. Suggest you avoid. Real surprise as these guys were a good outfit in the past. Things change.

Excellent service and e-mail follow up. I had a problem with one order which UPS claimed to have LOST (all UPSs fault) The staff at AA were very helpful and understanding and the package showed up the day after I called them! Prices could be lower amd choice is a bit limited, but you get what you pay for. I deducted one mark because you can't find out if an item is on backorder on their web site until after you place the order, although they are very prompt at sending e-mail.

Generally good service. Don't hassle you about returns. Tend to be close to retail on a lot of their current stuff, but you can find good deals on discontinued merchandise. I'll deal with them again.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff and excellent delivery. No problem returning merchandise. You can find lower prices but their customer service makes up the difference for me. I've placed several orders with them and plan to continue using them as my primary source for high end electronics.
