I thought my cable company was bad but these guys are appalling ! Was told each day over a two week period that a product would be shipped next day but always had another excuse when I called to see to why it had not been shipped. Their products maybe cheaper but definitely not worth the aggravation !!!

They basically sell DirecTV systems (dishes, receivers, etc.) plus the obligatory accessories.

The prices are good and the people are friendly, but they are a bit disorganized and you might have to wait extra time for your package to arrive:

I ordered an RCA system on a Wednesday, emailed acknowledgement of their
terms of sale and got a verbal confirmation that they received them on
the same day, and was told that the system would ship the next day (Thursday)
and would take roughly a week to reach me. I left for a long weekend and
returned on Tuesday to find an email in my inbox dated Saturday telling
me they hadn't received my terms of sale and that they couldn't ship until
they did. What? Angered I called and RESUBMITTED my terms of sale to them,
again getting a verbal confirmation. Not twenty minutes later I get a call
from them telling me that the can't ship my system until I submit my terms
of sale! I was a little upset and told them that I just did! They checked and apologized and shipped the system via fed-ex 2 day.

I would like to give them a 10 because of prices and their generally positive attitude, but my order taking over two weeks to reach me because they apparently have an internal and external communication problem prohibits me from doing so.
