But TERRIBLE service.
They double billed me. I sent 5 emails and waited 2 weeks and got NO REPLY. Will not order from them again.

Not a good way to treat repeat customers!!

For overseas shoppers , they have an offer you can't refuse: you can buy protection from you order getting 'lost' or seized by customs.

If you shop from abroad and don't accept their blackmail your order won't arrive. Let me stress it YOUR ORDER WON'T ARRIVE

They make you sign a form where they are not liable and you renounce to your right to reject the credit card charge.

Even if your country has a reliable post office and you live in a country where importing adult films is OK as long as you are of legal age, and it happens to be respectful to your civil rights (i.e. requests your presence before the package is opened at customs) YOUR ORDER WON'T ARRIVE UNLESS YOU PAY THEIR BLACKMAIL

They simply won't send it. They won't answer your messages afterwards.

Received my DVD shipped here in Japan in about 7 days after I placed the order online. They repackaged the adult titles in generic sleeves as I required to clear custom. They even offer me money back guarentee if my order get hold up by custom. Great services and excellant price. I like the online tracking where I can logon and find out when the orders were shipped.
