IAM FROM AUSTRALIA, I'VE ORDERD A LOT OF DVDS FROM THEM, RECENTLY , A DVD WAS OUT OF STOCK, THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT, BACKORDERED SINCE FEBRUARY 2001:THEY CLAIM THEY SHIPPED IT IN AUGUST! UP TIL TODAY 14TH DECEMBER 2001 I HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT! I'VE EMAILED THEM A FEW TIMES NOW, THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,RECENTLY,I'VE BEEN UNABLE TO REACH THEIR WEB SITE ?SERVER PROBLEMS
YOU SHOULD TRY LASER EDGE OR XONAIR ,THEY SEEM TO OFFER BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
