Acoustic Sound Design
I ordered on Friday Jan. 25, 2002 and received a set of Infinity HTS-20 home theater speakers the following Friday Feb. 1, 2002. I saved $165 over Circuit City's price! They send you a tracking number and have toll-free number to call. You actually speak with someone who speaks English -- from Nevada and not New York City. I am preparing to order again -- this time an Onkyo receiver which is priced lower through Acoustic Sound Design than anywhere I found.

Just received Infinity C250CH center speakers.
I did extensive research before deciding on that store - Infinity claims not to service (warranty) their products unless you buy from few authorized dealers for much higher price. Acoustic sound design offers their own warranty, which was decisive along with many positive reviews.
I emailed the store owner Mike Embers to find out if the speaker was in stock - got the answer within an hour. Ordered it and got it shipped next day. Received on schedule in original package - great sound, and my wife likes the cherry finish - matches other furniture perfectly!
I am ready to order the main speakers now from the same place...

Mike Embers was great. I ordered Polk Audio LSI 25's as a start for my home theater system. I called him on Friday, shipped on Monday and to my surprise arrived on Thursday. Initially the speaker package I wanted was out of stock but Mike stated that if I waited 2 weeks he would be able to fill my order. Two weeks later to the day my order was shipped! Everything as promised! Did I mention I saved $300?!!! Would recommend Acoustic to everyone!

I was very hesitant to order hi end equipment over the net, never having done so before. Acoustic Sound Design took my order by phone to avoid using my credit card # over the net, and Michael, the owner was very accommodating. I ordered Polk RTI-150s speakers and PSW-650 subwoofer. The service was great. They faxed confirmation of sale at my request immediately. They used a top notch shipper who delivered the packages to the minute! The speakers were very well protected and packaged properly. The shipper obviously took great care in transit to protect them, as the outer boxes were in excellent condition. I will order from this company again without hesitation. They will even back the warrenty, as a reseller, on all equipment not covered by the manufacturer. A first rate operation, no doubt.

www.acousticsounddesign.com has an excellent selection of high end speakers and audio electronics with the ability to evaluate groups of similar products. The information is very detailed and appears to accurate according to manufacturers specifications. The prices were better than most of the retail stores such as Good Guys and Circuit City. I would reccomend this site for anyone that understands quality audio equipment and wants it at a very competitive price.
