Prices were the best I could find for new Canon 10x30 IS binoculars. Communication was good concerning shipping information. Problem was that binoculars were defective on arrival, with a faulty focuser that didn't allow near or far focus in the left optical barrel. Return policy required purchaser to pay for return shipping and insurance on the defective merchandise, which is not acceptable. Hopefully, your purchase won't be defective.

Found them selling Canon 10x30IS binoculars for significantly less money than most other mail-order houses. Open on Sundays. Staff was efficient and a call back to the 800 number with my order number gave me access to my UPS shipping number. Binocs arrived when stated and charges were just as stated. They also indicated that they had a large number of the binocs in stock.
