If you want to buy a bino and Kevin has it, buy it from him. Excellent products, extremely helpful vendor and a person of rare courtesy. Do you need more?
My story.
In August 2001 I ordered 2 Obw 15x70 and a mirror mount. Smooth deal, easy transaction, prompt shipment and always a fast answer to any (even silly) e-mail throughout. Items arrived in perfect conditions (please notice I live in Zanzibar, East Africa) and everything was as expected.
A few months later one of the ep got loose. Big panic.. no way to find a repair center here.
But emailing Kevin was enough. He explained step by step how to remove the ep and fix the problem, taking time to answer all my messages very quickly.
And so far this is something one may expect from a good vendor.
Yesterday I received from Russia a pair of Kronos BAS 30x90. They arrived terribly out of collimation of about 20 degrees in the vertical axis in the appearent FOV. Again panic, but this time money involved was much more.
What to do? I tried Kevin again, and although he had absolutely nothing to do with this deal, he was there again explain how to fix the problem. And it worked out.... I do not know how many other sellers would have be so willing to help.
So why not give your money to such a great person?

I have been wanting an easy to set up viewing system for a while, I just didnt know what I wanted. I finaly called Kevin at www.bigbinoculars .com and he was able to guide me into a pair of Oberwerk 11x70FMC binoculars. I can say this Kevin is an absolute gentleman, every thing that he told me about his product was true. Bigbinocular.com is a company that I will be dealing with for a long time. Big Binoculars
Over the past year I have purchased two items from Big Binoculars, a new pair of Oberwerk 15x70's and an old pair of Parks binoculars from the 'trade in bin'. In both cases, I have been extremely pleased. Kevin Busarow, the ownwer, answered all my E-mails promptly, the items came quickly and were actually over packaged. The quality of Kevin's 'house brand' binoculars is very good. The old Parks were exactly as described. Kevin even sent me a picture of them so I could actually see the physical condition before I bought them as Kevin had described them as being a little rough. They were priced accordingly. I would highly recomend doing business with Big Binoculars.

This company offers great quality for a very low price. Delivery was fast, less than one week. Questions are answered promptly via e-mail (usually in less than an hour). I have purchases several items on different occasions from them and each time I've been extremely pleased with my order and service. This is the kind of company that should be encouraged and supported.

Kevin answered every email promptly, and was most helpful. When I called and left messages he always returned my call. My only complaint is that even though every pair of binoculars is supposedly checked, I got one with a defective focuser. I returned them and was out the shipping charges both ways when it wasn't my fault for getting defective merchandise. Perhaps if the product hadn't been defective & Ihad to return them I would have scored them a 10.

Kevin is one of the most helpful equipment dealers I have ever dealt with. Very friendly, quick eMail responses, and truly interested in giving his customers the best service possible. Prices are excellent in comparison to those of others listing similar or same equipment. Had a few problems with an order (thanks to UPS gorillas) but Kevin made it right.

Top rate company and highly recommended.

Big Binoculars
I ordered a pair of Oberwerk 15x70s on the web. Notification via e-mail and prompt delivery 7 days later. Packaging fine, condition fine. My only complaint is the quality of the rubber used in the eyeguards - they became brittle and broke off within a month of purchase. This doesn't really affect the usability of the binoculars that much (I wear glasses). The binoculars themselves are truly impressive for the price and are highly recommended.
