Ordered the Stiletto IV and CVF II Pro kit combo from Richard's company. Received it in good time, and Richard answered all my pre and post sales questions with speed and professsionalism. I have yet to try the product out, but Richard even told me the proper cleaning method when I mentioned a thumb print on one of the focusing screens. No issues at all, here. Very happy with the service.

Stellar Technologies International
The owner seemed very nice & accommodating until I decided to take him up on the "30 day clear skies return for full refund" guarantee. Then it took a couple of weeks to get the refund back; the refund was for the price I had paid but did not include sales tax that I had paid; my first email inquiring very politely about this went unanswered; a second & more strongly worded (but still polite) email was answered rudely and with the comment that he had foregone a restocking fee and instead didn't refund the sales tax (no mention of which was made when I received the check). I emailed him back that it was customary in business to explain something like that to the customer and I received in reply a terse email admonishing me to never order from STI again. He doesn't have to worry about that.
