Good Clear Skies Astronomical, LLC
Buying a telescope from GCS Astronomical, LLC was a great experience. The owner, John Biggs, was very informative, fun to talk to, and was able to change my order mid-transaction to accommodate my request for a different mount. After checking with other dealers, the prices at GCS Astronomical, LLC were very competitive. The service was a little better than all the rest-with respect to e-mail response time and providing a more personal, customer-friendly service. John Biggs did not have a "no" in him. He accommodated all my requests without objection. I would highly recommend GCS Astronomical, LLC for high-end equipment purchases. Great comunications, but both times I have ordered from them they were slow in shipping.
