I had ordered a Cappella II to try which was not a bad unit
bad not what I was looking for. Contacted Nisur to return
unit(which was very difficult as they do not respond easily).
I returned the unit as they instructed(certified mail). MY
Return made it to the Post office in Haledon NJ on May 13th,
2004. The return sat in the post office for 2 weeks before
Nisur picked it up on May 27th. Nisur had promised me a
refund as soon as they had recieved my return. It has been
4 weeks now with no refund. They have good products but
their service is terrible. Nisur systems does not respond to
my e-mails or my voice messages. Terrible customer relations
as far as I am concerned. I am not sure if they are still in
business or not because of their lack of response to me and
also the Nisur Sytems web site has been down for the last week.

I ordered the Capella mount and P3 tri-pier for my Tele Vue 85. The photos on Nisur's website do not do the products justice. The mount and tripod are substantial and extremely stable. The mix of acrylics and Douglas fir are a great blend of new technology and traditional set-ups. For a point and view mount I could not be more pleased.

The turnaround time from ordering to delivery is about 12 business days. Mine took a little longer. However, they sent the system 2nd day UPS at no additional charge after I called to inquire. Good service... Great system.
