Simply some of the best speakers that can be had for the money. I've had mine for a few years and plan to enjoy them for many more. If you come across a pair, do not hesitate to pick them up!

I bought them even though they sounded muddy and softer than my Kappa 5.1s.
They do produce an exceptional stage and invisible source, especially when paired with the Kappas.
The $600 price from Tweeter helped decide things. Would never pay more.
Klipsch RF3s my second choice and still considering at $700 or $500 online.
Powered by Yamaha AX-592. (Excellent)

Mirage OM-10
I recently bought a pair of OM-10s to replace a pair of Polk satellites as my front L-R speakers. The price seemed right for the product - $699.00 the pair, marked down from $1200 at Tweeter Home Entertainment. I was impressed by the openness of the sound in the store and blown away by the sound when I got them home and put them in my own system. The sound was clear and clean across all ranges. Plus, they look good! Earlier in the day I had auditioned some Legacy speakers. Maybe it was the Legacy setup, but there was more of an unpleasant midrange on the Legacies than in the OM-10s. The only issue I had was the manual. Although it stated it was for all of the Mirage line, there was no specific mention of the OM-10 in terms of set up or attaching the black cap to the top ( a couple of suggestions would have helped rather than just assuming you force it down over the pins). Also, I could not figure out what to do with the small round rubber dots (until I looked in my Infinity manual and found that if you have wood floors you can invert the spikes in the base and put the rubber feet on the flat part of the spikes). Neither of these issues detracts from the sound however which is top rate.

Mirage OM-10
Needs Lots of Power But have a mellow even tone. Good Spacial efffect.
A bit tinny on my Yamaha AX-592. Not as impressive as my Infinity Kappa 5.1s that cost much less on sale. A good second or rear set.

Mirage OM-10
Transparent highs, with a crystal clear airiness and punch = For the money, I think these are the best speakers you can buy. Sound great for music as well as home theater. Denon 3600DTS, OMC3, REL Storm sub.

Clean, airy sound in the mids and highs without a punchy bass. Seems to work well with my Hsu Research subwoofer.
