HI

JPW AP3
Have been using AP-3 for 8 years. Fine. Old fashioned a little bit, but I like it. Just fine. Big but detailed sound - although high freqs somehow "sharp-metal". In my system it works with EXPOSURE XX amp, Rotel 970 player, Rotel 990 tuner plus 3 cassette decks, mostly Naka's. I'm from Russia. andicted@mail.ru

have used them since 1996 - big - in comparison with modern "superminis" - boxes with solid meaty bass and good middle - upper clarity (although upper freq's are too bright - they should have made them a little bit softer). No woofer holes - it is a close box design. Plays very well with EXPOSURE XX amp. My opinion is - highly recommended and better than today's JPW range. Andrew, Moscow - andicted@mail.ru

Bought in '94 for $600. They are beautiful, and sound great. My wife put it best "this is what an orchestra sounds like when you are sitting in the orchestra". They do not compromise quality for range, so bass could be called wimpy, but with a good sub you'll have it all.

Nice and sensitive - valve friendly, a natural open sound - I paid £225 (UK) an absolute bargain. ( The cabinets were made in Plymouth Prison by the descendants of the Pilgrim Fathers... ;~) )

They are perfect with good cables. The sound is very selective. The only problem is that they are designed for acoustic music; bass in these loudspeakers is like a joke - almost dosen't exist. Anyway we are together sixth years, that is enough to start to like each other.
